My girlfriend and I were married on Saturday! She is pregnant and due in February and will probably remain in the U.S.! We are completing this form and send the request, if I have the marriage certificate:

I-130 Alien Relative;
I-864 Affidavit;
G-325 Biographical;

I am legally in the United States, but with a tourist visa, which at 06 Expires in November, I will be separated from my wife and could not see my child or the birth can be a Form I-485 adjustment of status request? Should I apply for a fiancee visa, but we're already married?
